Frequently asked questions :

Q.: Do we have to bring our own bed-linen and towels?
A.: All bed-linen is included, but you must bring towels.

Q.: We have children and are worried about busy roads, are you on a main road?
A.: Not at all. The holiday home is away from any main road and children can
play safely in the garden or outside the house without any problems.

A.: Yes, you can. Parc Cefn Coed House is a pet friendly holiday home
and pets are welcome by appointment. A dog cage is available upon request.

Q.: Is there a caravan park nearby or will there be any noise distractions?
A.: There is a caravan site but it is approx. a mile away out of earshot.
The holiday home lies in a  quiet rural area.

Q.: Is there a pub nearby?
A.: There is a pub approx. 1 mile away. but we usually use the games room
which has a bottle chiller and bar with pool table and dart board and stereo.

Q.: Are there any shops around?
A.: There are two small shops for essentials at the beach approx. 1 mile away. Tesco,            Safeways and some other large shops are 6 miles away in Caernarfon (directions in our house-book).

Q.: Are there any activities for families and parks that we can visit?
A.: Plenty. Wales and North Wales offer a superb range of activities for everyone's
taste. For a small selection please see our local attractions page. Our house-book contains numerous suggestions for family days out.

Q.: How can we book and when do we have to pay?
A.: You can find a detailed description in our Terms & Conditions (T&C) on this web site. For enquiries or booking please use our enquiry form or contact us via the above mail address or phone. If you like to book we ask for £50 per week up front payment and the remaining amount is due 8 weeks prior to the holiday.

Q.: Do we have to pay a security deposit?
A.: No, we do not ask for any security payments but ask you to report any damages or breakages to us.

Q.: Does the house have an Internet Access?
A.: No, sorry we do not have access to the Internet but if you use G3 or GPRS (wireless services) there is good reception at the house.

Q.: Will we be able to use mobile phones?
A.: Yes, there is good reception for mobile phones.

Q.: Has the games room central heating.
A.: No, it hasn't. Because the games room is separate to the main building we do not have central heating but there are 2 fast working electric heaters in the games room which warm it up in very short time.
